Shipping & Returns Policy
By ordering a product you verify that you accept all conditions of our shipping policy.
- The shipping is absolutely FREE.(WE HAVE FREE SHIPPING TO ALL REGIONS OF ARMENIA AND TO KARABAKH)
- After you place the order you will receive an e-mail confirmation for accepting your offer. If necessary, our operator will contact you to specify the address or the data.
- We ship the item within 1-5 business days.
- We will notify you if we are unable to ship the item. But as soon as we are able to ship we will let you know.
- You can cancel your order before we send your item and all amount of money will be returned to you. But if you cancel after sending we will keep the shipment cost from the item price. The rest of the money will be refunded to your account.
- We are not responsible for shipment delays, which are not under our reasonable control.
- Our liability to you for any loss of delay caused for the reasons, which are under your control, will be limited to the total price of your order.
The color of the item you ordered can differ a little from the color in the photo.
For payment you can choose one of the following options; ex. Cash (to the courier), Credit card, PayPal, gift card etc.)
- Return or Replacement of the item are free.
- If you are not satisfied with your order you received, you can return or replace it according to our conditions within 14 days and we refund the whole sum to you.
- The terms of refunding the sum for the item are corresponding to the terms of payment.
- If an item we sent to you has a defect, the good was described on our page incorrect or is faulty, you can send the item back and we will send a new one.
- If you want to return or replace the good for your own reasons (ex. Does not fit, don’t like it, etc.) before the payment, the ordered item can be returned by the courier. But if you want to return it after the payment, you must do it during 14 days by one of these ways;
- Returning the item with the courier
- Returning the item to BALDI store mentioned on the cheque received after the payment
- Returning the item by post (in this case the customer is responsible for return costs)
6. Items you bought in BALDI stores cannot be returned or replaced to our online return address. The return to our online address is allowed only to orders placed via baldishoes.am.
7. Items you return or replace shall be new, unworn, not damaged, not soiled, new with tags and labels and be accompanied by the packing slip from the original shipment.
8. Final sale items and gift cards cannot be replaced or returned.
9. You are not allowed to return items which are indicated as non-replaceable or non-returnable for the hygiene purposes (e.g.earrings).
10. The refund will be provided to your account within 14 days after receiving your returned items. We will notify you about making the refund.
